Brianne Sullivan, Ph.D., is a consultant at Back Bay Life Science Advisors. Dr. Sullivan works with Back Bay’s integrated team of strategy consultants and investment banking professionals to support biopharma and medtech development across the life sciences industry. 

Prior to joining Back Bay, Dr. Sullivan conducted translational research at Tulane University’s School of Medicine, Brain Institute, and Center for Stem Cell Research and Regenerative Medicine. At Tulane University Dr. Sullivan gained expertise in stem cell research, neurodegenerative diseases, microbiology, immunology, neuroinflammation, mycology, oncology, and model development while pursuing her Ph.D. in Neuroscience. Brianne also has prior experience in conducting due diligence, competitive analysis, market research, patent and IP analytics, regulatory considerations, and clinical and pre-clinical development for pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Sullivan also holds a MS in Neuroscience from Tulane University, as well as a BS in Chemistry and a BA in Communications from CSU Channel Islands.
