Victoria Gribman

Victoria Gribman is an analyst with Back Bay Life Science Advisors on the consulting team, supporting strategic advisory engagements in the US and around the globe. 

Prior to joining Back Bay, Victoria carried out research at The Weissman Lab where she investigated the efficient delivery of mRNA and assisted in the generation of an mRNA vaccine for norovirus. She also supported clinical research at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia on the neuropsychological late effects in pediatric brain tumor survivors and social impairments in youth with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Neurofibromatosis Type I. Outside of the laboratory setting, Victoria conducted Health Economics and Outcomes Research using Real-World Evidence (RWE) analysis and claims data to uncover deep insight into patient treatment journeys, as well as physician and payer decision drivers.

Victoria graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a major in Neuroscience and a minor in Health Care Management from The Wharton School.
