INVESTMENT BANKING TEAM ANALYST / ASSOCIATE

Join our thriving investment banking practice. Conduct/coordinate primary research, financial modeling,
and valuation analytics; create descriptive materials; build detailed target lists; work in tandem with the
team, prospective clients, and transactional counter-parties on the group’s new business development;
provide general support for all aspects of transactional client projects.

Qualifications

  • One–two years of relevant experience (e.g., investment banking, business development, strategy/
    management consulting)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team across our strategic and financial groups in a
  • fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in/knowledge of the life sciences field
  • Excellent analytical and oral/written communication skills
  • Understanding of the key concepts underlying commercial forecasting, corporate finance, and
    transactional analysis
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and qualify for FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses shortly after start
    date

CONSULTING TEAM ANALYST

CONSULTING TEAM CONSULTANT

Develop and strengthen burgeoning life science career; conduct interviews; review secondary research
and analyze data required to address the issues across all aspects of each project; play an essential role

Qualifications:
