Analyst / Association | Investment Banking Team
Join our thriving investment banking practice. Conduct/coordinate primary research, financial modeling, and valuation analytics; create descriptive materials; build detailed target lists; work in tandem with the team, prospective clients, and transactional counter-parties on the group’s new business development; provide general support for all aspects of transactional client projects.
Qualifications
One–two years of relevant experience (e.g., investment banking, business development, strategy/ management consulting)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team across our strategic and financial groups in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in/knowledge of the life sciences field
Excellent analytical and oral/written communication skills
Understanding of the key concepts underlying commercial forecasting, corporate finance, and transactional analysis
Excel and PowerPoint skills
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and qualify for FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses shortly after start date
Analyst
Utilize deep knowledge and prior experience of life science industries; gain broad exposure to strategic, commercial, and business development activities; gather data from a range of sources; conduct interviews and analyze the data required to address issues across all aspects of each project; play an essential role in the preparation of client reports and interactions
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in life sciences; finance coursework is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team across our strategic and financial groups in a fast-paced environment

Consultant
Develop and strengthen burgeoning life science career; conduct interviews; review secondary research and analyze data required to address the issues across all aspects of each project; play an essential role in the project management and preparation of client reports and eventually transition into a leadership position, responsible for projects
Qualifications
PhD, MBA, and/or one to two years of relevant consulting or industry experience (e.g., business development, new product planning, strategic marketing, etc.) is required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team across our strategic and financial groups in a fast-paced environment
